Comfort Hotel Jeddah King Road

When I finally asked for ice, the response was rude. It just made my work trip stressful when I needed comfort and support.

the location very close to hyper market & shops was magnificent. overall it was well furnished and immaculately clean, with a private bathroom. the staff were caring, very good services.

The hotel's location was amazing, very close to hyper market & shops with a mall and a market within walking distance. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Iceland Center.

During my recent 5-day business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the really good service at the hotel. The reception staff, especially Mr Abdullah, were welcoming and accommodating, checking me in early and allowing a late check-out. The housekeeping team, notably Mr Mukhtar and Mr Ishak, kept my room spotless and ensured I had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the powerful shower made for refreshing mornings, and the hotel's proximity to shopping and dining options made my stay even more enjoyable.

During my recent trip to Jeddah, I was eager to explore the Jeddah Waterfront, known for its beautiful seaside and recreational spots. I specifically chose the Comfort due to its proximity to this landmark. The staff was welcoming and pleasantly surprised me by speaking both Arabic and English fluently. The accommodations were really good, featuring a fitness center, complimentary private parking, and a restaurant offering delicious continental and halal breakfast options each morning.

The staff were friendly, always greeting me with smiles. Housekeeping did an impressive job; Alamgir and Noman kept my room spotless and tidy. The reception team, especially Abdullah, was helpful and addressed every request promptly. The hotel itself feels modern and well-maintained, definitely exceeding my expectations for a three-star hotel.

Wow, what a lovely stay! The hotel is super nice and feels brand new. It's right near all the action-supermarkets and main attractions are just a stone's throw away! The staff is friendly and attentive; special shoutout to Raseel for being so helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless, and I really appreciated the cozy vibes throughout my stay.

On the downside, the cleaning schedule could use some tweaking since housekeeping usually comes after 3 PM, which isn’t ideal if you’re out early. Plus, I had some trouble getting through to the morning reception when I needed a few things. nothing too major, but it could be smoother!

Despite communication issues at times, the comfortable amenities was good. Pro tip, be sure to use the in-house dining options. The food is delicious! Just keep a backup plan for self-service.

Oh, what a dissapointing stay! The rooms smelled like fresh paint, unbearable. Communication with reception was dismal, I should have been treated like royalty, but nope! Don't expect assistance with anything because apparently every guest matters more than me. I really thought I would give a good review, but just couldn't.

Rates seem a tad overpriced for the area!!! Reception calls often go unanswered, leading to unnecessary trips down to request simple needs. An upgrade on customer service training could significantly enhance comfort!!!
